Golden Milk Latte Instead of coffee option!
•6-8 oz. Almond milk or coconut milk beverage
•½ tsp. Turmeric
•¼ tsp. Ginger
•½ tsp. cinnamon Ceylon (more to sprinkle over milk.
•Stevia liquid 2 drops or to taste
•Vanilla ¼ tsp.
•Boil milk and spices to a simmer frothy stage. Transfer the milk to a cup and top with cinnamon.
