Active B12 with L-5-MTHF

A seeking Health product, I absolutely love this brand. Personally I use the active B12 to support my methylation pathways for a homozygous, MTHFR gene mutation. If you get sores on your tongue, this B-12 with Folate will aid restoring the pathways and at the same time soothing a sore tongue.

B Complex plus is another more complete B vitamin that contains B12 methylated, folate, B6, B1, B2, Biotin, Niacin and Choline.

B6 is necessary to turn directly neurotransmitters into serotonin and dopamine

Seeking Health has many other vitamins as a single vitamin such as: Thiamin,(B1), 50 mg. for single support, Biotin, vitamin liposomal C for immune support. In addition, there are bundles for gut health and sleep support.

Liver Nutrients is a product that I like to suggest for individuals with fatty liver conditions or sluggish gallbladder.
