Three easy ways to entertain your kids at zero or low cost.

Three simple actions with ultimate outcomes that stimulates creativity and at the same time boost the immune system of your family. The cost can be zero or very low.

1. Walks: take your family or kids with you in a park walk. Walking in nature not only boost creativity by 60%, but it promotes better immunity via the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is responsible for Production of immune cells (such as lymphocytes, monocytes, and antibody producing cells called plasma cells). You have to move daily in order to improve the function of the lymphatic system. 1

2. Cooking or Baking: bring the kids into the kitchen and teach them to create something simple and nourishing. Kids love helping in the kitchen. Some of the things that kids can learn in the kitchen is simple math. Example, we need to use 1/2 cup of flour and 1 cup of fruit, creativity, fine motor skills and sharing. You create memories that not only nourish the body, but the soul. 2.

3. Play Games:

This is simple board games,math brain games or coloring games. Games stimulate and promote brain activity and creativity. Games are food for the brain and again you bond and create memories.
